Therefore, the estimated order timeline generally consists of:

1–3 days processing + up to 10 days shipping.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within a timeframe specifically promised to the customer, we will handle the delay in accordance with applicable law, including providing notice and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

We offer a 15-day voluntary return policy.

However, purchases of products offered by our store are transactions between the customer and Andrea Montserrat Miranda Basilio, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shopify is not the seller of our products merely because Shopify provides the ecommerce technology used by our store.
